Shipping Policy
Your order is usually processed within 2 business days of receiving the payment. We ship domestically within USA for free via USPS. All artworks are individually and professionally packaged, and shipped from the artist’s studio in Texas to the artwork’s new home.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your artwork purchase and would like to receive a refund or exchange for a piece of equal value, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the artwork. The artwork must be returned within 15 days of purchase. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. All artworks must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as they were received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Due to the nature of our products, there will be a restocking fee of 15% if the artwork is returned for a refund. Once we receive the artwork and if it’s in the original condition, you’ll be refunded the full sum minus the restocking fee to your original payment method within 10 business days due to bank settlement process. In case of delays due to shipping, transactions older than 180 days can’t be refunded to the original payment method and instead a store credit will be issued.
